Credit card payments
I have finally set up a credit card payment facility, allowing you to pay for your hosting on a monthly and not yearly basis!
As an introduction special, if you sign up for your hosting and pay for it monthly with your credit card, you will NEVER have to pay for domain registrations and yearly renewals (which saves you up to R250 per year!)
This also means that you don't have to worry about someone else stealing your domain name when renewal time comes, I will renew it for free! (but only if you pay with a credit card)

Do you want your own, custom email address?
We have a very awesome special going on at the moment! Have you ever wanted your own email domain? You know, the part after the @ sign in your email address, for example: billybob@myawesomedomain.co.za - the myawesomedomain.co.za is what we call the domain.
Anyway, would you like your very own awesome domain name with your very own awesome email address? For R29 per month, you can get your own domain, and up to 3 email addresses on that domain!
Here's what you'll get:
1. Registration of your own .co.za domain (you can choose any available name) - use our domain name checker to see if the domain you want is available, then CONTACT US
2. We will setup up to 3 email addresses on your domain, and help you set it up in your Outlook
3. 100MB server space FOR EACH OF YOUR EMAIL ADDRESSES - for everyday business and home use, this is MORE than enough!
All this for just R29 per month
Additional email addresses @ R10 per address per month.
How will a custom email address help me?
Well, think about it, would you rather have a john@myowndomain.co.za address on your business card, or something like john.sa55367@gmail.com?
Each of your email accounts you can set up in your favourite email program, like Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, or if you prefer going open source (which means FREE software) download yourself a copy of Mozilla Thunderbird by clicking here.
You can even set up your email address in your Gmail account, otherwise you can still access it via webmail. Simply type in your domain name, followed by a /webmail - then enter your email address as your username and your supplied password.
Can I host my own website on my domain as well?
Yes, but then you must upgrade to one of our regular hosting packages. If you only want the email addresses, your domain will automatically redirect to www.rgtwebhosting.com/CustomEmail.html (this page).
Will you help me set up my email address in my email program?
Yes, but only the first one. To set up the rest of your email addresses will entail exactly the same steps as the first one, with only the details like the actual email address and the password changing.
Which POP and SMTP settings shoud I use?
The POP settings are mail.yourdomain.co.za - and your SMTP settings should be set to the SMTP address your ISP (internet service provider) gave you. If that doesn't work, you can try mail.yourdomain.co.za for your SMTP server as well, and it should work fine.
(remember, it won't be YOURDOMAIN, it will be the domain name you chose. For example, on this domain, which is www.rgtwebhosting.com, the pop settings is mail.rgtwebhosting.com)
How do I pay for my email addresses?
If you would like to pay monthly, we have an online credit card facility to process your payments. Otherwise you must pay yearly in advance (R348 for 3 email addresses, and R120 per year per extra email address)
